ABOUT GRIZZLY GUARD

Teton Bear Products, LLC was founded with a simple vision: to support diversion of organics from the waste stream, and improve human wildlife coexistence.

Founder and CEO Robb Sgroi developed the Grizzly Guard Composter, a certified bear-resistant composter designed in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Robb has over 25 years work experience in natural resource management with private, federal, and local entities. This has centered on working with communities to identify and implement best practices to improve natural resources on public and private lands.

Robb holds a Masters Certificate in Natural Resource Management Virginia Polytechnic and State University, and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Richmond.

What started as a local solution to a growing problem has evolved into a trusted product for anyone who wants to safely compost.
