Come See Us at Garden Expo 2026 in Lander
We're excited to announce that Grizzly Guard will be at the 2026 Garden Expo, hosted by the Popo Agie Conservation District on Saturday, April 18th at Lander Valley High School. The free, family-friendly event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and features a trade show, workshops, a petting zoo for the kids, and concessions if you want to make a day of it.
Stop by our booth to see the Grizzly Guard Composter up close — the world's first certified bear-resistant composter. Whether you're already composting in bear country or you've been putting it off because of wildlife concerns, we'd love to chat about how the Grizzly Guard makes backyard composting safe and simple. It's compact, easy to use, and built from recycled materials right here in the USA.
This year's Expo is packed with great programming, including a keynote on plant diagnostics from UW Extension's Drs. Jean Williams-Woodward and Dick Woodward, plus workshops on everything from soil health and edible landscaping to weed management and outdoor recreation. There's even a new hands-on fermentation class if you're into preserving your garden harvest.
If you live anywhere near Lander, this is a great Saturday outing. Swing by our booth, say hello, and let's talk composting — the bear-safe way.
